I second the need to run memtest. Hope you did your homework on 3rd party memory.. I know.. I know, you "say" it did it before you added the funky OCZ thingy... but I'm skeptical. My M70 is rock solid (my 3rd party memory...
I have a Dell M70 and with mine it's just a sometimes thing... not every other time. Maybe there is something more wrong in your case.
My 2200 sometimes doesn't initialize right either. I just reboot.. that usually fixes it.
