The answer is "no" unless you upgrade the motherboard. That's not a Dell problem, but rather an Intel one.
I doubt it will be a lemon. You'll hear lots of horror stories about Dell support. But all in all, I find their support to be timely and fast. Of course I have the Complete Care 3yr. warranty.. not sure if that matters or not.
