If the unit is still under the manufacturer's warranty, it is shipped to Arima. Otherwise, the unit goes to the Service center that serves that store.

I would back up all your data, then take it into BBY for service. You're probably looking at 2 weeks minimum for it to go to service & return, so you may need to wait until you can afford to be without it for that long.
