Looking at what came on my XPS (XP SP2), the stock DPI settings are Normal (96DPI), Large (120DPI), and Custom. And now, thanks to you, I've tried custom (75%) and set mine to 72DPI and it looks great!!!! If I feel blindness coming on,...
Apparently I may be one of the few to run 96dpi...talking to my friends, most of them are running 120dpi on their new XP SP2 installations. Wondering if that was the default when installing XP SP2. (or maybe just XP in general)
I had never actually considered 120dpi...I really prefer 96dpi if possible. If you do it at 96dpi and run it on a 120dpi monitor, how does it look, more spread out?

I currently have the Oyster dock but think that my XPS gets too hot with it. The back 2 fans are ok, but the "3rd" fan is blocked by it.

I tried sending him an e-mail at omegadrivers@gmail.com and it bounced back. Anyone else try? I think his drivers are fantastic and wanted to send him an e-mail to let him know that his work is valuable....
I'm sure there's an easier way, but I started by uninstalling from Ctrl Panel's Add/Remove Software. The next step was just to search for the string "Creative" in the registry and remove any entries that were truly Creative...
