Reboots don't resolve it. I have to turn it off, crack the case, switch bays, screw it all back together again, then I'm good to go.

Your review/input was one of the reasons I ended up with a 9860 which I love as well! I've had some issues with it too (dead DVD R/W and dead Motherboard) and, as you've said, SAGER has great customer service.
9860 since March 10th, '05. Dead DVD within 3 months, Dead Mobo 3 months after that. Both replaced. Had to mail it in for the Mobo and that took about a week.
