You can't. T4x laptops do not have modular video cards. This means the chip is soldered into the motherboard and you can't do anything about it. Perhaps you can glue a new chip on top, but I doubt it will work... Newer models (T6x)...

Theorically, yes, but in practice it's very, very difficult to write a "BIOS virus". BIOS program is stored in a flash ROM chip and it requires a special routine to be written to. Even if you manage to write its contents...

I would rather go for a Thinkpad 600X. Much sturdier, better keyboard and you can install internal wireless in the MiniPCI slot.
