You can't. T4x laptops do not have modular video cards. This means the chip is soldered into the motherboard and you can't do anything about it. Perhaps you can glue a new chip on top, but I doubt it will work...

Theorically, yes, but in practice it's very, very difficult to write a "BIOS virus".
