There is a bug with some drivers (startint with 75.xx). I've noticed that my card is hot like 3 hours of doom 3 when i'm just surfing on the web or just write a text ... With 71.84 or 71.89 no problem, the card is normally hot.

I'm not very sure, but i think that only HL² run better on ATI ... Or other fews games, but not the majority !!!!! If you like FPS, more or them will be based on the 3D engine of Doom 3 or Unreal 3. Doom 3 performs better with the 6800Go...
