Gateway was supposed to call me when the recovery disks became available. They have not yet called me, so looks like I'll have to call them back.

According to the spec sheet, the chipset is VIA K8T800.

I bought the 7422GX last Friday. It's supposed to come with Microsoft Money 2004 pre-installed, but it did not. I've exchanged numberous emails with Gateway support, and they are so clueless! I had to send them a link to their own...
