Had 3 of these, easy fix. Keep plenty of airflow under the laptop and it should last a long time after the fix.

I've got one of these laptops in my get-around-to-it fix pile. Almost any other laptop would fit in the "smaller laptop" category if you were referring to the weight, lol. Good luck in your quest!
