In addition to the chirping (grating) fans, the fans recently are begining to stay on all the time even when the system is idling. It used to turn off but now it is noticably on all the time. Anybody else have these symptoms?

My package was left on my front without having to sign for it. Anybody could have picked it up and walked away with it. Adam maybe needs to review with UPS their policy on deliverying expensive packages without someone signing for it.

The keyborad is loose (raised up) along the right side where the ghjkl;'ENTERPgDn keys are. It has the same problem on keys above and below these keys.
