no there are 3 speakers in each headpiece i believe making for 6 total speakers and then they just replicate the subwoofer through two of the channels - i'll double check though

i'd say the 6800 b/c of the shader model 3 support - which farcry uses now and Age of Empires III will use...though with the unreal 3 engine, i donno how well a 6800 would do (any thoughts?)
