The Logitech MX900 also caught my eye i may pick one up myself.

Go with the Seagate drive it will be just as fast if not faster and it has a 5 year warrenty. WD are not bad drives i have owned a couple with no problems. Lately i have been seeing maxtor drives fail alot so i would stay away from them...
