I'm fairly certain my next machine won't be a sager either. the materials and workmanship leave a lot to be desired and the warranty is not up to snuff. the machine is certainly fast, but you get what you pay for. the price was right...

I don't know. it would be a huge pain in the ass tho and I wouldn't wanna do it unless it had to be done. I wish clevo would try to fix the flaws in the case and recall all the machines and fix the damn things

yea it sucks. but they're sending the right parts. should be here on friday. guess I get the front part of the lcd housing for free
*update* my parts arrived today. I was overcharged and shipped the wrong parts
there's little clips all around the outside I used a little screw driver to pry them apart i just stuck the flathead right between the twoo pieces and twisted it.
I ordered the part today. my metal lcd bracket was broken as well as the plastic cover. the front panel costs 15 dollars, the back cover costs thirty. the metal bracket comes in a two piece set and costs 15 dollars taking the lcd...
