if your warranty is still good they'll fix it prolly. but not the philips extended warranty. sager hasn't called me back for days after leaving a message for a callback. guess I'll call again today.

ran into a couple of guys at my school (UCF) that have sagers and they said it's mad easy to replace the case so I guess I'll just buy one and fix it myself
