UK AW! -you have to be joking.... if it wasn't for the AW reps in this forum, I would have cancelled ages ago and gone somewhere else.. AW UK seem to take for ages to do anything. Their product get generally good reviews though, so...

As I'm in a similiar situation to you all, having ordered my AW back in November, have you all tried getting help thru Alienware-Fiachra , he's the EMEA guy, & so far he's been very helpfull in getting that "inside order status...
