I also have always bought from Crucial and have had very good luck. As matter fact the 700M I just ordered for my wife, I jumped over and got some from Crucial for it.

I had a Inspiron 7500 that had one, and I also have a 19" LCD from Dell that has one. Thats the only two I have had. (Knock on wood)
