Make sure you go to www.resellerratings.com and post your experience with tiger direct. They are a garbage company- your case isn't uncommon- and people deserve to know about them.

all i can say is exchange it where you purchased it....they will NEVER truly fix the problem....not just Acer in general- I've found Acer to be better then most....
It may not look stretched or blurry to you- but this is a fact: A game run at native resolution will look better then one not run at a native resolution. This is also a fact: More games are likely to run at native resolution on the 4002
well I was thinking a 7200rpm hitachi.....it's really not that I don't like the seagate momentus, if i bought the ferrari 4005 i would keep it. But I don't want a screen resolution of 1680x1050 when the graphics can't push it..
Well I'm going to the sandbox in August and I was wondering if anyone knew when the Ferrari 4002 will be available and estimated pricing on it. I think it will be better then the 4005 in the respect that I wanted to add my own DDR400...
