I have a d810, and i got the same problem... i will call dell today, if we all do this, maybe they will find a solution, I have heard that in some cases they change the motherboard.

with d3mark 2003 with 256mb of ram 400mhz
and a 1.73ghz cpu (i dont know if it was set to full speed, cause on the property it says 797mhz)
so anyway: 3174
I know that a pentium m can change speed, but how can I adjust it, if I press maximum batt. it goes to 333 and if I set max performance it goes to 797mhz, how can I adjust the speed properly and why dell dont offer a good speed adjuster.
