Unbelievable... I've offered to pick it up personally from the warehouse and they don't like the idea. This is from Dell's end, so I suppose Toll may have a different idea about it if I called them directly.

I can't f'en believe it. The courier came and knocked on the door and then left, missing a sign redirecting deliveries to another office.
Now I have to call Dell and redo another day they can come, which will take 1 to 2 working days....
