How long did it last when it was new? Unless you changed anything (more memory, different power settings, pc cards, etc), the battery is wearing out. I have found that Toshiba batteries don't last that long.

The temperatures sound a bit high, but not terrible. What did you use for thermal paste? I always suggest Arctic Silver. I have found it gives the lowest temperatures.
