I think the Z92T is also released in Europe (well France at least). Does look like a very nice system. (maybe the Z92T is actually a barebones... Seems like the ensemble versions don't use Z)
Hey, comparing similar sized laptop drives, 7200RPM transfer rates are typically 40MB/s compared to ~30MB/s for the 5400RPM ones. That can make a pretty big difference when it comes to doing professional work with large files. That is a...
Yeah, I'm personally a fan of the Seagate notebook drives. They seem to (generally) have better performance than the other makers as well.
Take this as an example. You have two lawnmowers. One goes faster than the other but is way narrower. That would be the 40GB 7200RPM drive. It spins faster, but due to the lower density (which would be analogous to narrower lawnmower...

It's a no brainer between the Ferrari 4000 series and the W3J. (unless you're adamant about running 64bit OS) The W3J kills the Acer in terms of performance. Now, Acer's launching the 5000 series with a Turion X2 processor soonish and...
Keep in mind that the W3J has a 8 cell battery and the A8JM has only a 6 cell. Says something about the components used if they're both hitting the same amount of battery life...
