Is your processor the 5XX series or 6XX series? Mine was a 640 3.4 Ghz 64-bit. Maybe that is the difference? Glad to hear the program worked out for you, best of all its FREE!

Remember charging the 9860's battery takes 3.5 Hours if you run it dead (1 - 1.5 Hrs of run time.)
The AS5 is only applied to the CPU and NOT the GPU. So if it does not void your warrenty I would apply it to the GPU. Remember all it takes is a VERY small amount. See Arctic Silver's website for pics of how much you should apply.
