I know Microsoft and Logitech both make Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse combos. Logitech is usually lefty unfriendly, so I would look on newegg and look for ones that aren't made for righties.

Goto Run -> msconfig, and goto start up and turn off everything that isn't your wireless, touchpad, sound, antivirus, and video, anything else isn't needed. That may help.

There are no safe limits to overclocking, if you overclock and it fries, your out the price of the card. For some people that's a drop int he bucket, but for a 360-420 dollar video card, personally is too much to gamble on.

I like the Blue and Green myself, I would probably get the Green, since it is rare to find something painted green that looks so cool.

My Dell 9300 does it, haven't checked the XPS M140 yet for it.

IBL, and yeah 2500 is steep, the games make it better, but still....
