dunno, I think its on a new manufacturing process so I dont know if it will fit on current mobos.
the new centrinos look really, really nice. 1.8-2.0mhz, with 2Mb cache! Also because of the new manufacturing process they will supposedly be cheaper than current centrinos. Release date is Q42003 so probably early next year ;-)
the model I saw at compusa (it was the compaq variety) didnt have any burn in, I played with it for a while too. I imagine if anything has this problem a demo computer would cause its on the desktop all day.
