My issue was similar with random reboots but I got a new card that was built about a week prior to the card my XPS came with yet it doesn't reboot. I've been on it this week using 480x1200 with no reboots then I just did 500x1200 today...

I agree however I think I got lucky. I ordered a replacement GPU that has a bit older build date than my original but it works perfect @ 480x1200 now. It sounds like it's just a problem with the quality of NVIDIA chip, not the design...

Well my original GPU revision was N20062.00 but rebooted and my replacement is N19910.00 but doesn't reboot. Do you think these are revision numbers or possibly product count numbers?

Well running 480x1200 doesn't seem to cause a reboot. This card doesn't have AS5 applied either. I'm wondering if I apply AS5 if I can go 500x1200. cornholio did you apply AS5?

Well I just rebooted running 500x1200 not even playing but under spec. I didn't reboot with this card at stock clock speeds though, or my old GPU for that matter. What do you think I should do, call Dell for another replacement?
