Remember tracking numbers are issued by Dell prior to UPS picking the package up. You're fine but just wait a few hours or day for the first scan to go through and then you'll be all set.

Just a side note as well. I run 500/1250 with no reboots in BF2 demo but I will reboot after about 3 to 4 minutes of running AtiTool. Oh well at least it doesn't reboot in games.

For the price having 2 gigs of ram is a no-brainer, just do it.
