It wasn't. I used XP that had intergrated SP2 already. I'm toying around with it still with no luck. Oh, and the firewall I have already disabled.
Now that I've done the windows updates on it, I can't get on internet, cause it won't get an IP address for anything in the world. any help to fix that?

I just emailed them before I install an O.S. to be sure, and they said for me it's normal and will keep doing that until an O.S. is installed on the machine. If you already had an O.S. on yours, then I dunno. maybe you could try...
