You can use fdisk to delete partitions. If you need to delete and resize without modifying data, I found partition magic is good for that.

Have you scanned for Adware/spyware? It's possible that some infection has removed those options. If you haven't tried it, download Ad-aware at: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

Yep, it's a good notebook!!!

The 3790 when originally built, was supposed to have onboard cellular functions. In the end, they found that it wouldn't be viable option and put a sticker over it.
