Krobotkin go to the forum that i posted a few posts up... they have all the info you need.. i had a plextor 8x speed dvd burner connected to my firewire and them G04 disks would burn at 8x speed great...pioneer are no help take it...

Krobotkin i know th G04s are 4x speed... but they work great with no problems on my 2x speed dvd-r burner... thats why i get them....

Guys make sure the DVD-R discs are Ritek G04 dye get a dvd disc info prog and it will tell you who made it and what Gen it is.. or ask the guy u get them off and make sure they are Ritek G04 dye i have been using them since day...

legion i would wait and see if rock give options like PCT do like they are only putting in upto 1gb ram so that means 2 sticks which would take up all ya ram slots..and if you ever want to go higher you will need a matching pair of...
