yeah unplug the powerbrick and sound is nice and clear , maxed out speakers connected to it and no annoying beep and fuze/static.
fixed it, so we know its not internal now .

Well somebody needs to re-design this turd a little differnt. The stupid video is overheating, gsferrai its the same thing with yours. I underclocked mine to 300/400 from 350/500 speeds to see if it made a diff and all the purple spots...
Ok after all these hair brain ideas b/c i figured it was guarented stock speed.
Well i underclocked the Video (gpu and memory) from 350/500 (stock) to 300/400 and guess what, no dots, no pink artifacts, no green pixels, no flashing...
Ok found another thing out that might wanna ask pctorque if they wanna answer.
First thing the green artifacts came back.
Second my machine has the Apacer brand ram in it with the black heatspreader like in the 5680 (512 pc3200)....

Well I found out the great sager engineers that build this laptop put my stick of ram (single 512 pc3200) in the DIMM-1 slot not the DIMM-0 slot. Also I thought they used Kingmax, mine has apacer with the heatspreader.

Well the small artifacting is back on the lineage 2 menu and in ut2k4 (purple dots on the ground texture and black pop up).
3dmark03 still looks ok but the DVD green artifacts is still there in WinDVD and PowerDVD.
