Yep, installed the SCSI drivers...it is just weird that if the memory is bad why does it let me go through the whole install???

I can't remember whether I used the same slot or not...I will try it again.

I used the quick format...Also I have tried booting up with only one memory stick in to see if maybe one of them is bad...same result, maybe they both are bad.

My computer recently started hanging on XP startup and would never boot so I did a clean install. Installs fine but the first time it starts up on the Windows load screen it halts and a blue screen of death comes up for a split second...

I cannot find the CD with the Promise drivers on them....does anyone have the drivers in zip format that they could post?

TweakUI did it, it allowed me to chose what drives to show in "My Computer" so I choose quite a few and now when I plug in my PSP or my Firelite they now show up...thanks for the help.
