Yeah I did the same thing with my inital M90. I ordered online and cancelled then ordered on the phone and got such a better deal. Dell Small Business rocks. They assigned me a personal account representative and she is awesome!

I don't have an M1710 on order, but I do have the M90 at the "Boxing" stage and I ordered on the 19th and my expected delivery date is May 3rd.
