I got it working by shortening the J1 Jumper thanks to another Thread in this forum. I'm so happy!!!

Perhaps that helps you: The notebook is from germany and at the moment I'm in South Africa and before it didn't power up I charged it but the voltage and everything is the same, other german laptops also work well here.
