aight yall, my roommate's lappy will start up and start logging on... and goes the the windows logo screen w/ the lil bar on the bottom and then goes to a black screen and has a cursor but will go no further... any ideas on whats...

i would say dont ever even consider getting a cyberpower system... my friend did and trying to get any service done on it is hell... look on xmeld, discountlaptops, proportable, istnc, geared2play... they all have good service records...
