I know the thread is pretty much dead. But you should stay away from the Linksys WRT54G like the plague. The Version 5-6 of those routers are the worst routers known to man. Look at toms hardware and pretty much any review on the net.

Sorry to ressurect a dead thread hehe. But... I have a Z71V with a gig of ram and I have vista installed.. I ran that little perfomance rating tool and it gave me an overall raiting of 2 lol.... Anyone else have a problem with this?

the 2.6 AMD will be faster than the Intel 1.86 in just about any place you can think of not to mention it should be cheaper... What companies were you looking to buy from?

Dont forget Samgsung drives. I know there desktop drives are great and very quiet. I have a 60 gig Samsung notebook drive and I love it.
