well if your trying / need to install games in safe mode...then needless to say something is wrong. Ive been gaming for like 10 years and ive never considered / needed to install anything in safe mode.
Tummypony86 Boot into Safe Mode and then install Far Cry, I had the same problem installing on my Dell.
