No matter the make, just remove the bottom screw,(power off!) remove the drive....then replace it. Put the screw back in and fire it up. In 99% of cases it will work just fine from now on. Dell has an assembly problem in that area....
The Dell is made by Creative, it has the same internals. If sound quality is important (as it is to me) then only load Lossless WMA's. They are a bit larger, but get real. I have 42 albums on my 20Gb Creatve Zen Touch and it's only 25%...
That means the OC is just a Bus OC cause the CPU is locked. You can't do much because things on the Bus start having problems quick, limiting your OC.

I got a cool little Wireless mouse at Target last week and I love it. It's tiny! Real small. It's from GE which I would normally ignore, but 800dpi caught my eye. (MS's did not mention dpi on the package) It works very well, no lag...
My Burner was sticky opening, had errors reading, and was NOISEY! Removed it, re-installed....all has been fine ever since. I think they have some real bozo's installing these drives!
