I think as far as ram is concerned it all comes down to personal preference. All of those brands you mentioned are good and you can't really go wrong with any of them.

The I8600 I bought for my mother had 1 dead pixel and 5 lit pixels. They are pretty much impossible to see though because of the high resolution (WUXGA). My mother can't see them even when I point out to her where they are.
