I think it's not terribly accurate.... it was the date sent with my confirmation e-mail. Guy I talked to said 2 weeks, then 3... fianlly he said worst case scenerio is a month... yeah right... I'm not holding my breathe
I'm a little nervous on this point in that their policy is 11 pixels on the screen or 5 pixels in a clump to warrant a replacement. Other vendors seem to have a better ploicy on this..... Anyone have any thoughts or battles with Dell...
Well that certainly sucks.... you know.... I hate that you're having to talk to some guy in India when you have a problem with your gear.... Stuff should stay in US of A... at least in North America...... Guess that's another reason why...
