Stellus, when you said dvi-d to hdmi, do you mean XPS GEN 2 (dvi-d) to 32" HDTV (hdmi)? Because I did that with my hdtv, and it didn't work out too well either.. Your hdtv has to have a PC input either the normal VGA or a DVI port....

does anyone happen to have this combination of hardware? i've been trying to install the printer drivers for my 962 onto my 8204 but it always ends up in a BSOD.. i can print and scan and stuff, but occasionally a popup will appear...

the burner in the 8204 is 8x, i think the problem may have been your cds.. be sure to get dvds that support high speed burning.. if you try to burn a dvd that's designed for 4x with a speed of 8x, the dvd may not burn properly..
