My D900T gave out 3 weeks ago. I had it for over 3 years it ran 7 days a week 7-8 hours a day. Not one problem until this spring when LCD started to act up. Not worth it to repair, I got my $$ out of it so time to move on and up.

The card is not an embossed credit card, it looks like a thick business card in fact, black with the silver Alien Head and your account number. And yes you will get a monthly statement. Dont mistake it for junk mail.
