it is the SD driver, i had the same issue when i reformatted my i9300..

this is the link i used http://support.dell.com/support/topi...en&s=dhs&cs=19 or just do a search on SD Driver and it'll show up as one of the first links for Win XP.
yes i always install the chipset before anything else when i do a fresh load of XP. the PCI DEVICE still came up... so this SD driver fixed it from the dell website. Didn't even notice i had a SD slot on the side, LOL
ok, download the SD driver and install it, my PCI DEVICE is properly installed now.!

Just wanted to let you all know I noticed mine shipped with A01, on dells site A02 is availble for download to update, looks like its just minor fixes... just a FYI
