I had installed some windows update thing that showed my clock in a different format and after I uninstalled that this is when the problems seemed to start. I tried turning off updates and will see if that helps when I get home today....

This is weird. My clock at the bottom right side of the screen in XP will automatically reset to midnight feb 7 2036 periodically and will not update with the internet time syncronizers. Any clues?
