No luck. I uninstalled all the USB devices and restarted. Windows found everything again and gave me the same error for the webcam .

Just got my F3200 replaced and got a F3400. I'm not impressed with the performance whilst it's online. I've got 2MB broadband and the F3200 was much quicker. The pages take much longer to open as the 3200. I replaced one of the memories...
