I'm so sorry to hear that. My i9300 weighs in at only 7lbs..
It happens on battery and AC. If I unplug the AC adapter while it's flickering, it doesn't stop.

Yea but the p-m is just as fast in games as the p4, but runs cooler, and uses less power, so why would you want a p4 over that? I guess it really doesn't make a difference to someone who would buy a 14lb notebook, shrug.
It's a shame the 7700's come with the P4 instead of the P-M. Battery life really goes down the tubes because of it.
