Yes. I"ve tried it on an Argosy Media Player, my primary computer (Windows 7), and an XPS M1210. All of which didn't have any problems.

Hello Folks, I have an Aspire 5253 laptop that works as my Web Server. I rarely use it for anything else. I do, however, want to use it to play videos. It's having problems playing some HD videos that I've ripped from my Bluray movie...

Well, it works! I'm able to get surround sound out of the laptop speakers, and the loudness is perfect. With headphones, I have to switch to Stereo mode to get it to work. Now for my next problem (another thread).
