For many of the people with 9300's it was their SD card reader. XP service pack 2 should include this driver. If this isn't an option check dells website for a driver download. Enjoy your new machine!

I re-initialized the router and it cleared up the problem. Everything went back to factory settings and can now access notebook forums through all access points. Thank you again!!!
