This is what I use and anything I play on my 9300 looks flawless give it a try. I use Windows Media Player Classic as I have KLite Mega Codec Pack installed also.

The specs for both are in my sig all the disks from dell are in the boxes and there is a carrying case that came with the xps and snap on cover the machines are in flawless conditions just trying to get a good idea on what the machines...
This will explain the new feature that dell has implemented into there bios. Sounds like a great idea.

I run A05 just because I like the controls over my fans as for your video card bios most likely when you get it, it will already have the newest bios on it.
Right click on your desktop/properties/screensaver/power and under schemes select Always On that will allow your system cpu to run at full speed unless your power cord is unplugged.
I have that exact same cooler for my XPSGen1 which fits it perfectly! The 9300 is much bigger than the cooler but it will still work it just looks strange sitting on it lol.
