I got 256 ram from Dell and added 512 kingmax and i never get temps over 85C. I've been playing the hell out of COD, bf1942, KOTOR, and HALO. I oc a bit too with powersrip.

I have the same config as you and my ram never gets hotter then 85C. I got 256 from Dell and bought a 512 stick from newwegg.com for $87. The brand is kingmax and it is known for running cooler. Did you buy Dell mem or upgrade it...
