In my list of devices there is an exclamation point under Other Devices - Mass Storage Controller. It states that the drivers for this device are not installed. Can anyone out there help me with this issue? I can't seem to find a driver anywhere on the Device Drivers and Utilities CD that came with the notebook. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
Note: I'm running Windows 7 Beta
The video display on my 5620 DS has been acting up lately. The pixels randomly get a streaky/blotchy look and some of the desktop icons are blurred out. Any ideas out there on what may be causing this? The video driver on this machine is an ATI Radeon Mobility 9000 version 220.127.116.1151. I tried to download the latest driver from ATI, but I get an error message "Severe - INF Error - Video driver not found".

As it turns out go to your system bios on POST and under your Power Management settings change the setting from Suspend to Disk to Suspend to Ram or Power on Suspend and that will get rid of the error message. Thanks again for your input. I appreciate it.
Thanks for your reply. I actually have another old drive that I installed Windows XP HE on to test on. I still get "a double beep" and error message that states that the suspend to Disk partition signature is not found and to run the 0vmakfil.exe utility. Do you think I might need to change a setting in the bios to disable the Suspend to Disk command? My existing OS is Windows 98 SE as far as the bios settings may be concerned. Any more help or advice you may...
I just purchased a new HDD for my Sager 3360 and I'm needing some help on how to partition the Suspend to Disk portion of the HDD with the 0vmakfil.exe program. I'm going to be running Windows XP Home Edition. Any help and advice on how to create this partition prior to installing the OS would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
Does anyone out there have or know where to find a spare hard drive caddy that will fit a Sager 3360 (AKA a 3300C I think)? I would prefer a caddy complete with the HD connector. I'm wanting to setup 2 separate drives that can be swapped. Thanks in advance for your help.
Can anyone tell me the largest HDD that the SystemSoft MobilePro Bios Version 1.01 will support. I have an older Sager 3360 with a 20GB HDD and would like to install a larger HDD. Any help or information you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
I have an older Sager 3360 and the cooling fan is beginning to get very tired. Does anyone know if you can replace the cooling fan without disturbing the CPU heat sink and associated thermal pad? Thanks in advance for any replies.
I have a Sager 3300C (NP3300) that has a Toshiba model SD-C2402 DVD-ROM drive. I would like to replace this with a CD-RW drive. Does anyone know of one that will fit properly? Thanks in advance for your replies.
